Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We take great pride in our handcrafted items and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below regarding transit damage, standard returns, and refunds.

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Transit-Damaged Packages
Once a package leaves our facility, handling and delivery are entirely out of our control.
  • No Liability: Our business is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
  • Carrier Insurance: All shipments are insured through the shipping carrier.
  • Customer Actions: If your package is marked as delivered but missing, or if it arrives damaged due to rough handling, the customer must contact the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation or start an insurance claim.
  • We cannot personally issue refunds or replacements for carrier errors or theft, but we are happy to provide any order details or receipts you need to submit your carrier claim.
🔍 Pre-Shipment Defects & Standard Returns

If you believe your item was defective or damaged before it was shipped, we are happy to inspect the item for a potential refund. To qualify for a refund, you must follow these steps:
  1. Submit Proof First: You must contact us within 3 days of delivery. You must submit clear photos and proof of the damage before any return can be authorized.
  2. Return Shipment: Once authorized, the item must be mailed back to our business. We will send a return label. 
  3. Inspection & Approval: Once we receive and inspect the returned item to confirm the pre-shipment issue, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  4. Processing: Approved refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Because our items are handmade, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
  • Change of mind or buyers remorse.
  • Items damaged due to improper handling, dropping, or misuse by the customer after delivery.
  • Custom or personalized orders.
