Welcome to our store! This website is operated by Rogue Meadows LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Rogue Meadows LLC. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Section 1 - Product Safety & Liability Warning (Choking Hazard)
Our products are intended solely for decorative and ornamental use by adults.
  • ⚠️ CHOKING HAZARD WARNING: Many of our items are handcrafted with small parts, including glass beads, crystal beads, metal findings, and small charms. These small parts pose a severe choking hazard.
  • Age Restriction: Our products are NOT toys and are not intended for children aged three (3) and under, or for any individuals who still place non-food objects in their mouths.
  • Safe Keeping: Keep all products completely out of reach of infants, toddlers, and pets.
  • Liability Release: By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge this safety warning. Rogue Meadows LLC assumes no responsibility or liability for any injury, harm, or accidental ingestion resulting from the misuse of our products or lack of adult supervision.

Section 2 - Handmade Product Variations
Because our items are meticulously handcrafted, each piece is unique.
  • Minor variations in bead color, texture, shape, and pattern are natural characteristics of handmade items and should be expected.
  • We make every effort to display our product colors and textures accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your computer or phone screen will display the colors exactly as they appear in person.

Section 3 - Proper Use & Product Care
  • Suncatchers & Beaded Plants: Must be hung or placed securely. We are not liable for items that break due to falling, being knocked over, or being exposed to extreme weather conditions (such as strong outdoor winds).
  • Jewelry,Purse Charms & Keychains: Wear and tear is normal. Avoid exposing beaded items to harsh chemicals, perfumes, or submerging them in water, as this can weaken the stringing materials or tarnish metal components.

Section 4 - Shipping, Lost Packages, and Returns
Your purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy. As stated in that policy:
  • We are not responsible for packages once they are handed over to the shipping carrier.
  • The customer is solely responsible for contacting the carrier to resolve insurance claims regarding packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

Section 5 - Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
